TOXIC WORKOUT Affiliate Policy

1. General description

Our Affiliate Policy sets forth the terms and conditions for the TOXIC WORKOUT affiliate program.

The program allows individuals and affiliated companies to promote our products through a unique tracking link that redirects to our online store. Affiliates will receive a 5% commission on sales generated through their promotional links.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1. To be eligible as an affiliate, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Spain and the European Union.

2.2. Those interested in joining our affiliate program must register on our affiliate platform and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Commissions and payments

3.1. Affiliates will receive a 5% commission on the total value of sales generated through their promotional links.

3.2. Commissions are calculated based on the net value of sales after applying discounts, returns and shipping costs.

3.3. Commission payments will be made monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month.

3.4. The minimum balance required to receive payments is €100.

3.5. Payments will be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Tracking cookies

4.1. We use tracking cookies to track sales generated by affiliate links.

4.2. Tracking cookies will last for 60 days from the moment the potential buyer clicks on the affiliate link.

5.Affiliate obligations

5.1. Affiliates must promote their links in an ethical and responsible manner.

5.2. Affiliates may not use spam tactics or any other practice that may damage the reputation of the Brand.

5.3. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliation with the Brand when promoting our products.

6. Inactive Affiliate Review

6.1. We will carry out periodic reviews of affiliate activity.

6.2. If an affiliate has not promoted their link for a continuous period of three months, they will be considered inactive.

6.3. Inactive affiliates will lose their affiliate status and will no longer be eligible to receive commissions.

7. Policy Modification

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. By joining our affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Affiliate Policy and agree to promote our products ethically and legally.
